Community: A person with a disability is surrounded by family, friends and providers. It takes a team of people and at The Support Space we want to become apart of a participant’s community.
Knowledge: Continually building knowledge is imperative to ensuring services improve. It is why we ensure to pay staff for training and make time for training.
Quality: We envision only the best: best nurses, best support workers and best service for participants.
Problem Solving: We understand at time problems arise for participants that need unique solutions. We vow to work together within set boundaries (funding, staff etc).
